See if your image batch fits.
Tell us what your project is for, how many photos you have and how your team reviews them now. We will check whether a small, measured pilot is a sensible next step. Four short steps, no photo upload, no payment on this form.
What this pilot can tell you
- How long did review take? Your figures for a recent batch compared with time observed during the agreed pilot.
- What did the work cost? Your current staff cost uses only the hours and rate you provide. No default rates, no invented saving.
- How did the reviewer handle the suggestions? What was confirmed, corrected, marked unidentifiable or left for follow-up on the agreed batch. One batch does not establish an accuracy rate.
- Can each result be checked? Final records keep their review status, reviewer identity and decision time.
We agree the rules first
The written pilot agreement sets the fee, timing, data safeguards and who can make the final species decisions. You receive records linked back to source photos, a spreadsheet and PDF summary, and a Camtrap DP package where your source fields support it, with clear software-suggested and human-reviewed status on every record.
MyElysium works with photos your camera traps have already collected. Camera placement, field deployment and image collection are not included.
