WildPulseby Myelysium

Wildlife. Technology. Conservation.

A community around
better wildlife protection.

WildPulse brings people together around Myelysium’s conservation research. Our first mission is to investigate how radar, camera evidence and careful review could improve our understanding of wildlife near roads.

Early research · no field-validated warning system · last updated 1 November 2026

01 / The first mission

Understand the crossing.
Then test what could help.

A useful warning starts with trustworthy observations. Before any roadside warning trial, we need to measure what the sensors detect, what they miss and when they get it wrong.

  1. Sense movement

Radar sends radio pulses and measures returning signals to study distance and movement. Sensor selection and wildlife performance still need testing.

  2. Check the context

Reference cameras and human review help establish what actually happened. Camera labels alone cannot train a radar model; paired, timed sensor recordings are needed.

  3. Measure the mistakes

Test missed animals, false alarms, range, delay and sensor failures. Compare camera-only, radar-only and combined results on data kept out of training.

02 / An open build

Where we are. What comes next.

Exists today

Research foundations

A public research brief, simulation and logging-only controller, plus a local image-review prototype. The WildPulse coin page and launch callout are public.

Next milestone

A controlled test protocol

Select and cost the sensor setup, specify reference recordings and permissions, and publish a test plan before collecting new radar data.

Conditional

Evidence before expansion

Controlled data collection, independent evaluation and then consideration of a permitted shadow-mode field study. No installation date or performance result is promised.

Development log

  1. WildPulse introduced publicly

The public coin page and creator callout introduce the mission. The account is rebranded as WildPulse by Myelysium. Token launch is a community milestone, not evidence of radar performance or a fully funded study.

  2. Reporting starts with clear limits

This page separates existing software from planned research and sets out the intended funding policy. Financial reconciliation is pending; no spending total, donation total or treasury balance is certified here.

New entries will describe evidence, decisions or blockers. This log is maintained manually; it is not a live sensor feed.

03 / Conservation funding

100% of net programme surplus.
A definition you can inspect.

Our stated intention is to direct all net WildPulse programme surplus to documented conservation work, beginning with roadside-radar research. This is a programme policy under development, not an audited donation claim or an automatic on-chain restriction.

What “net” means

Confirmed programme receipts, less documented necessary programme costs, tax liabilities and specifically disclosed committed reserves. Unclaimed rewards and changes in token market value are reported separately; they are not cash received.

Platform creator fees may be one source of receipts. Buying a token is a market transaction, not a direct donation, and does not guarantee money reaches conservation. Market capitalisation is not a project budget.

What can count as a cost

Direct research equipment, permitted recording, hosting, data licences, professional compliance work and evidenced transaction fees. Shared expenses need a documented allocation. Personal token purchases, personal trading losses and unrelated living costs are excluded.

Founder or related-party payments require advance disclosure of the recipient, purpose and amount. No salary, fixed administration percentage, anonymous reserve or discretionary deduction is authorised by this page.

Reporting, accountability and changes

The intended monthly statement will separate opening funds, confirmed receipts, costs, tax or committed reserves, conservation spending and closing funds, with transaction references and redacted receipts. Missing records stay marked as missing. Reserves must state their purpose, amount and release condition; unused reserves return to the programme balance.

Conservation expenditure must name the project or recipient and its purpose. Research spending is described as research spending, not as a charitable donation. A purchased asset is not counted again when used in research. Corrections and policy changes are dated rather than silently rewriting earlier commitments.

Until a separate programme entity, dedicated treasury arrangement and independent review are established, this is founder-administered and not independently audited. The account also has personal trading history; do not treat its entire balance or activity as programme funds. No verified charity recipient, tax-deductibility or beneficiary agreement is claimed. This programme is separate from Myelysium’s commercial SaaS and photography contribution policy.

Financial reporting: reconciliation pending

No verified opening balance, claimed creator-fee total, programme cost or conservation expenditure is published yet. Unavailable figures are not zero. A ledger structure has been prepared; the first reconciled statement will require wallet history, receipts and liability review.

04 / Help shape the work

You can contribute without buying.

Bring a useful question, a relevant skill or a carefully documented observation. Help us build a research process worth following.

  • Read the research brief and challenge assumptions.
  • Share experience with wildlife monitoring, radar or safe controlled testing through the public account.
  • Follow dated updates and share the original source.
  • Wait for a published intake process before submitting imagery. Public availability alone does not grant training rights.
